So far it has been wonderful living here, the apartment is clean and well kept. Staff and doormen are lovely and helpful. The building is beautiful and amenities are great. I would recommend this community to a friend

I love everything about living here. The community is fantastic, and everyone is so kind and supportive, and welcoming. I love this place. The only thing that is something that I would like to change is the price. I want to stay here forever, but prices are rising every year, so I would probably have to move because of that.

Management is as dishonest as they are inept. Prior to signing my lease, I was told by Chanel, the leasing agent, that the heavy construction on my floor and adjacent floors was mostly finished. This was a lie. Upon moving in, full-on demolition began on my floor, and the floors above/below me, and lasted for several months. This occurred in 2021, my office was still closed, and I had to work from home. I almost lost my job due to the noise, as I couldn't conduct calls from the apartment. The noise was so bad for so long, that nobody else occupied an apartment on my floor for months. I have no clue how the city allowed greystar to rent out apartments in a building that was undergoing demolition and gut renovations. I tried to get the building inspectors to come check it out, but was unsuccessful. The city is about as efficient as the management office at anagram nomad. In other reviews that point out the noise, management often replies with an offer to move residents to another unit. This is a misrepresentation of what actually happens. Management said I could pay a penalty transfer fee equal to 2 months' rent, and upon doing so, I'd be able to move to a more expensive unit. Thanks for the help?! Upon moving out, they took 2 months to send me my security. The unit was left in pristine condition, but instead of mailing me the check upon moving out, they requested my forwarding address 3 times, each time saying they didn't have it. Then they still sent it to the wrong address, had to cancel that check, and resend. See what happens if you're 2 months late with your rent! When I called the management to try to get my $5,000 back, they were as inconsiderate and incompetent as they had been during my entire stay at this place. If you're checking this site prior to signing a lease at this building, I suggest you avoid this place at all cost.

It is an amazing location but the building is old and has been updated with minimal cost - mediocre quality appliances, ugly wall color, awful floors, windows that are extremely hard to open (same with balcony door), the front door to the apartment gets stuck to the paint in the mornings of hot days so you hurt your back trying to open it, there is a huge stove/oven in the tiny kitchen which has almost no counter space, etc. The bathrooms are beautiful though. The rooftop is amazing. It is what keeps us here really. We would have moved out if it wasn't for the location and the rooftop.

Great newly renovated amenities and apartments, always clean and friendly staff. Best location, close to everything but off the busy avenues. Best rooftop 360 views of NYC! Community events throughout the year.

The Anagram Nomad is a terrific residential building with highly trained and available staff, excellent amenities including co-working space, roof deck club, gym, and 7 day cafe just for residents! Great location too!

I moved in in September and the building and staff have been wonderful. Walter the super made my move very easy and has been very accommodating and helpful. The amenities are great and the sky lounge is awesome!

The doormen and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The management and how they have handle the construction in the building has not been the best and it seems like they just pay lip service to complaints.

The people that work here are very nice, the people in the office are not. The people in the community seem to be nice, all very kind, my neighbor is also very nice. The only problem I have with anagram is the inability to solve problems that the office has in a kindly manner

Really good experience. Nice staff beautiful environment and great amenities. My pest control problem was fixed by a staff immediately. Package manage is clear and all doormen are very friendly. Will recommend to friends.
