Overpriced for what it is. Decent maintenance staff and things get fixed quickly. Need to use the amenities more but a lot is always broken and never gets fixed better buildings in area and better pricing.

i have explained it all in my previous comments but i love the building and do appreciate the amenities but there are some things that could really use improvement like the rooftop, gym and back courtyard.
