Unit 9C Pros: Doorman in building was excellent. Heating and AC worked well had no problems. Cons: Maintenance were fairly lazy but if you kept after them you could get things fixed. Sometimes loud construction in building but notice was given.

Pros: Feel very lucky with the subsidized rent. Very large/functional kitchen for a studio. Generally quiet in the building. Cons: The playground can be a bit loud if you're on that side of the building. Often felt like there weren't enough washers and dryers for the whole building, especially on the weekends.

Pros: Things get fixed quick, friendly community and incredible location. Always feels clean, safe, and welcoming. Cons: Sometimes the street noise can get loud, but it's not too much of an issue. Advice to landlord: Make it a home!

Pros: Incredible pricing, great amenities (elevator, package room, 24 hr. doorman, laundry in basement). Good floor plans. Cons: Construction seems to be frequent, which creates noise easily audible from other units (walls are somewhat thin). But honestly you get used to it. No big deal to me. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work!
