Pros: The building is amazing! Rent it’s reasonable for how well kept the building is and how fast your needs are address. Everything beautiful about the building comes with a price. Cons: Location a little bit due to noise even tho the windows have strong glass. All the amenities you see that are amazing during your tour, well they forget to tell you that every single one of them comes with a price and it’s not included in the rent. I don’t know how the select tenant but the neighbors are a BIG down side. You have from nice, well manner people to the big majority being rude, unmannered, and dirty neighbors who still laundry. Advice to landlord: Select tenants through a more rigorous review plan. The building and management are a delight. The neighbors can make you want to run out of the building. Also, it’ll be wise to disclose that the amenities are not included and the price when offering the tour.

Pros: Like the view, close to everything, good amenities, clean, responsive management Cons: Street noise, not enough space for bike storage

Unit 2628 Pros: Great amenities, great lobby, friendly staff, nice bright apartments Cons: The walls and everything else inside the apartment is cheap, management is scummy and is only incentivized to get new tenants in. Advice to landlord: Actually care about loyal tenants.

Pros: Building guys are great. Super helpful and friendly. Maintenance guys are quick to come and fix things if needed. The views are also really good. Cons: Sometimes your neighbors suck but there's not much you can do there. For example, I have a neighbor who almost burned down the building or another neighbor who incessantly hammers things. Advice to landlord: Enforce the no smoking in the building policy.

Pros: Front desk staffs are friendly, maintenance teams are promptly to fix things when requested. Cons: It’s quite difficult to catch the shuttle bus schedule. Gym membership is a bit overprice for the size of the fitness center.

Pros: The staff and residents are so friendly. The apartments are large with lots of storage. Quick response with any maintenance issues. The amenities are top notch. Many residents have lived here since the building opened. I love living here. Cons: Can be loud at times since there is construction at Javitz and the boats on the river but overall not a big deal Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work
