Pros: Staff cleaned complex every day Mail room Laundry in building Gym Private room to rent for any occasion Cons: People liter everywhere People were allowed to have animals even though lease stated no No garage can in the front resulting in garbage everywhere outside of building Advice to landlord: Put a garbage can or two in the front of building
