Pros: I lived here for 3 years in one of the 2 largest units in the building. The apartment was great and I loved the modest building size. All units have laundry and at least one balcony. Cons: Unfortunately about 3 years ago (2.5 years into my 3 year stint) the landlord hired a new management company and they were horrible. The elevator was broken for months. The trash compactor broke bc they didn’t take out trash for weeks. And they kept our full security deposit which we took them to court for. The court ruled in our favor.

Pros: I was one of the first residents in this complex. The amenities include incoming mail, a parking lot, rooftop, elevator, dishwasher, in-unit laundry plus everything is up to date. Cons: The apartment building is in a very bad neighborhood, three people have been murdered on our block since we lived there. I have also had packages stolen from thugs in the community. Advice to landlord: Please add a package room. Also add lounge chairs on the roof for the tenants.
