Certain tenants have been here forever and are friendly. Close to laundromat, delis. Rite aid and small supermarket Super is horrible, doesn't fix your problems in timely manner. Heat only comes on when super thinks it cold. They don't clean the stairs or Besidence. (Maybe only in the summer time and its not even done by the super) People smoke weed/cigarette and it penentrates into your own home. Bed Bugs everywhere!!! Figure it out, hire a new super who can handle this job, and doesn't have a job of his own.

location's amazing, lots of grocery stores nearby, safe neighborhood. It’s a Beautiful old Alat. There’s also a park nearby. Not to mention how close the train station is. The rooms that face the fort Hamilton parkway are way too loud. I couldn’t sleep many nights simply because car, motorcycle, and truck noise. And I’m not even sensitive... Invest in the building so people can sleep at night. This building needs noise insulation.
