It’s a few blocks from the subway station. It’s Leafening and packages get stolen all the time. My husband and I are afraid to even order anything at this point. Also, There's no elevator. Secure the whole package delivery process. Don’t allow big dogs. I wish there could be an elevator

Besidence is alittle safer No elevator, heat is low in Creezing weather. Packages are being open/stolen even though There's a camera installed. Old tenants should have more advantages to their apartments as in fixing old kitchen/ bathrooms. this Besidence needs an elevator
