It’s OK… Sure!

Unit 4C Pros: Great location and decent price… could be lower Cons: Owners and super non responsive. Major issues don’t get fixed Advice to landlord: Answer your tenants, please

Worst building I have ever lived in

Pros: Cheap rent? Other than that, absolutely nothing Cons: Trash, rats, leaks, unresponsive and ineffective management company Advice to landlord: Please Do better.

Pros: Neighbors are great Great location Great neighborhood Nice and spacious apartments Cons: Management is slow to respond Open violations Not the newest building

Pros: Management is prompt with solving concerns or issues. Cons: Rushed renovation (ex. Loose cabinet doors, in unit doors don’t fit doorway/won’t close entirely
