Pros: Lots of natural light from big windows, "fancy" appliances, keyless entry, location (corner) Cons: Management (including super), virtually no upkeep has been done on appliances so they're all in bad shape Advice to landlord: Lessen the load of buildings your super has so he has enough time to be present for each one.
