Pros: Clean environment/garbage pickup Cons: Charging tenants for maintenance repairs. Inability to adjust heat. Pets allowed. Dog poop. Inability to get a hold of someone in management Advice to landlord: Be more professional, improve customer service and increase efficiency in scheduling repairs/maintenance and documentation of rent payments.
