Pros: Clean, Quiet, Luxury Cons: We’re still waiting on amenities. Units feel small for the price.

Pros: The shower is AMAZING! The concierge staff is so friendly. Cons: If your apartment faces Flatbush Ave Ext, be prepared to wear ear plugs at night. The sirens and car honking noises can get crazy.
