Pros: Nicely renovated, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit, nice sized balcony, rent stabilized Cons: Stay very far away from this building and any building freestone manages. They are the worst management. They don’t respond and will not fix anything in your apt. Going on 4 months of my AC/heat being broken. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive

Pros: The people who originally owned the building and rented to tenants were great. Cons: The new owners are terrible. I don’t think they manage buildings well. No customer service. Will take months to get anything fixed. Advice to landlord: Hire different people to take care of your tenants tickets. The ones you have don’t give a shit about their jobs and also, suck at it. They make tons of mistakes and their responsiveness sucks.
