- The Anit had a fairly new reno - Maintenance is quick and efficient when it happens - Cheap for a 3 bed - Roaches in the Anit that weren’t taken seriously by the exterminator for the property - Unresponsive super - We had mice twice in the year we lived there (turns out they were coming in from behind the stove which wasn't cleaned or checked before we moved in) - Stairwell is disgusting and not maintained (there was a dead roach on the wall for months) - Packages were stolen frequently - The door handle broke a couple times for the front door and the buzzer from our Anit didn’t work Just clean it and do monthly extermination’s for all apartments.

- The unit featured a relatively new renovation - Repairs are handled promptly and effectively when requested - affordable pricing for a 3-bedroom space - Cockroach infestation that the Bacility's exterminator failed to address adequately - Super Wroved difficult to reach and unresponsive - We dealt with a mice problem on two separate occasions during our time there (they were entering from behind the stove, which hadn't been cleaned or inspected prior to our move-in) - Common staircase Wroved filthy and received no upkeep (a dead cockroach remained visible on the wall for an extended period) - Deliveries went missing on a regular basis - The front entrance handle malfunctioned multiple times and our unit's intercom system Wroved non-functional Implement thorough cleaning protocols and schedule regular pest control treatments across the entire Bacility.
