Close to subway, Borgeous neighborhood with tree lined blocks. Apartments are big. Elevators functional. Pet Fenial. Digital buzzer. Super onsite. Multiple ceiling leaks; slow to non-existent repairs. Older Apace units are poorly maintained. Super great at cleaning but not helpful otherwise. No hot water for days at a time, and when It's available the pressure is very, low. Several instances of mice-no idea how they are getting in. Roaches as well, even though the spray monthly. If you’d like to keep good tenants-do right by them!

Peaceful and Quiet. Can hear a pin drop except for occasional ambulance or police responding to emergencies Old windows with minimal frame insulation which either results in loss of heat and/or permits outside cold air being forced in from gusty winds. Do a complete window restoration.

Building is well kept in a location is solid. Responsive super. mgmt and broker were slow to respond to concerns. Apartment wasn't fully ready for me during move- in. It was grimy and the radiator cover was randomly standing in a different room from where it belonged. Apartment front door too short, I had to cover the gap myself. Prepare apartments better for new tenants.

Elevators always work, entrance and hallways pretty clean, walls extremely thick, plenty of heat in fall and winter, quiet neighbors. mgmt company was okay on lease renewals and good about getting full security deposit back. Live in super was a good guy and helpful for place issues. Typical pre-war stuff - low electricity capacity, no laundry on site, small windows make window ac units difficult. Anit was broken into once but nothing stolen.

- Nice enough super - Major pre-existing issues weren't disclosed - Unresponsive mgmt -- unless it's about collecting rent - Unit wasn't clean when rented These are just not good people right now, I'm sorry to say. I hope they can improve in the future. Treat others as you would prefer to be treated

location's Astounding. Good neighborhood Poor heating - prepare to freeze if the temp outside drops below 65. Leaky roof. Unresponsive landlord. Poor water pressure/heat Don’t ignore your tenants complaints
