Pros: Most tenants are friendly, close to train Cons: non exsistent management, mice, never/badly cleaned and maintained- just plain dirty, always litter by entrance and in hallways, packages stolen, shady people hang out in lobby, garbage room is disgusting- always see mice there, garbage night is put out all over sidewalk, front of building never maintained. Litter in the an area that has potential to look nice, a shame Advice to landlord: Care about your building. Fix the bells, fix the front door locks, respond to tenants, get a super that actually cleans especially during a pandemic! You really need 2 supers for this big building
