the building was nice when I arrived 2 years ago but lately a lot of water leaks

Unit 6f Pros: close to transit Cons: some of the new tenants are a little rough consist of water leaks mold due to all the water damage Advice to landlord: n/a

Pros: Great neighborhood, convenient location. Cons: Superintendent isn’t responsive.
