Pros: Close to 3 train. Cons: Everything about this building including management and whatever deal the realtor has with them is shit! It’s overrun by roaches. They tell you not to open certain windows because rats will come in. There are holes everywhere. The neighbors leave their garbage all over the floor. Some have dogs and they let them poop all over the place and don’t clean up after their dogs. They clean the floors once every two weeks, it stinks like mice pee. Everything is falling apart. Neighbors smoke all day. The mailbox doesn’t close properly. The building manager sounds like a thug over the phone and makes you question whether the apartments are legalized or just “fixed” properly. Advice to landlord: I don’t know who is the one that’s supposed to be cleaning the building, but they are doing a horrible job.
