The property owner tends to be fairly quick to respond and typically addresses problems within a couple of days. The staff at the leasing office are genuinely pleasant and helpful. The units come equipped with modern appliances and the AC system functions excellently. The neighborhood has its downsides and most finishes feel low-quality. The laundry facilities had persistent mold issues and were constantly packed because the building only has a single washer and dryer unit.

Positives: - Spotless and nicely kept units - luminous bedrooms - modern amenities - exposed brick - gated facility with security cameras Negatives: - mgmt was slow to respond to written correspondence. (Document all communications for your records) - laundry facilities were vandalized and residents went without laundry access for multiple months. No compensation offered - sidewalks were not maintained during winter weather and salt was never supplied despite requests, with no reimbursement provided - ground-level units were marketed as suitable for occupancy, but following official city inspection, occupants had to vacate and remove their belongings. TCM should prioritize faster communication with tenants facing issues and provide the means to help them handle challenges. (For instance, if snow removal can't be arranged, leave a shovel accessible so residents can pitch in).
