INSTALLATION OF HEAVY DUTY SIDEWALK SHED AS PER PLANS. SHED SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER #33 OF THE 2022 CODE. NO CHANGE IN USE, EGRESS OR OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS APPLICATION.
WORK SHALL INCLUDE DIRECT REPLACEMENT OF FINISHES DIRECT REPLACEMENT OF APARTMENT KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, DOORS AND WINDOW SASHES.
Installation of plumbing fixtures along with related piping.
Scope of work includes the repair and/or replacement of ventilation components and heating elements in bathroom/kitchen of existing apartments, as needed.
