Ive never lived there, But I Have Family members in the Plaza's, I Was Born and rasied on Autumn the next block over. My Grandmother use to say that when she first moved in, It was Peacefull then the years came by and just like any housing facility in went urban with the rest of the city. But I Have to say its better then The Louis Heaton Pink Houses and the Cypess Hills which are both atleast 5 blocks away, its not really infeasted with Gangs and Drugs, Still se the Stero Types but not the guns. And great views from above, they dont really look like Housing Projects from the outside. So many memories here when me and my friends use to hang outside, We Still do just not a night. although parking isnt as bad but its a long walk from each building but theres a super market when you come outside and the Liden Cinema, Plus the noise from the Pitkin Avenue Train yard is annoying But im the only person who proberly hears that

I was totally in love with this development in nov 1983. Soda machines, with ice. my delivered it the door, news papers to the front doors. it was ever so peaceful then I used to stick my head out of the door to see if there really were people in the building, I have had great times here, 26 yrs later I a m certainly ready to vacate the premise, it has turned an urban house developement to now be ashamed of. It so depressing. And the landlords have turned into money hungry indifferent people.
