I have been visiting Linden Plaza for 30+ years. I am spiritual. I have been warning this development about the voodoo priest and family that they are harboring. I visited Padrino with friendly intentions, in turn the man dug into my personal life, unrequested. Using his voodoo, Padrino attacked my body using evil spirits that he lifted to attach to me. These types of rituals can be researched or inquired about at any Botanica. He has also been stalking me, trying to force me in to practicing Santeria. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND ALL OF HIS AFFILIATES!

The 790 was floating with water ! The rain was pouring though the roof that building is going to fall like the building in Florida’ sad people in there sick from the mold when are they going to get the roof fix

Linden Plaza Tenant Complaint: February, 2022 Horrible, unsafe, disgusting, deplorable. Neighbors have been playing incredibly loud music that have resulted personal pain and suffering to tenants who work from home. The music is so loud it can be heard throughout the apartment, hallways and adjacent apartments. In addition to the loud music being played, there is a rodent problem as well non tenants residing in hallways and stairways who are clearly homeless vagrants who are allowed to enter and remain in the building by the, that security personnel. The situation is made worse by the poorly lit stairwells and hallways which adds to the unsafe environment. For example one can see these problems in the parking lot, with pools of water after rainstorms, rodents, and crumbling cement damaging vehicles and vehicles being vandalized repeatedly. In addition the vagrants using the parking structure as a bathroom. Another major problem being faced by paying tenants is the security personnel allowing non tenants to park in tenant parking spaces. After tenants must experience such disregard for their own personally space the audacity of the landlords to take tenants to court for non payment, when they clearly have prove of all monthly payments is a laughable matter and adds insult to injury.

I can't stand Linden plaza. They have a serious black mold problem that they just put primer over and says it prevents it. This black mold problem put my mother and grandmother into he hospital ultimately leading up to the death of my grandmother. She lived here since 765 was built. She was the only tenant in this apartment. And they are trying every which way to throw put my son and i who now currently live there. They dont want to assist with transferring rights. And they steal the money for the rent each months. I would never reccomend living here until they get all new staff security and management. This is not a safe environment to raise a child. The post problem alone is too much. They allow severe water damage from the apartment above to fester and leak. Maintenance is lazy and does nothing but chit chat and walk around all day. Nothing gets done. They are trying to put me and my son out on the street. They told us oh well get ready to live in a shelter and suck it up. This place is beyond horrid.

Me and my girlfriend live in 790 apartment and there is serious rodent problem. We have filed five (5) or (6) times about this. I just literally observed 4 mice run under our stove after hearing them crawl through somewhere between our cabinets!!! We've only been here less than 10 months now and have caught 9 mice this makes no damn sense!!!

most disgusting place I have ever lived in this is my first apartment and ive been here for almost 5 years now and it is the worst experience i have ever encounter. it mice all around pissing and shitting all over you personal thing the also eat you cords and clothes!! the maintance never fix anything on time it always a 5 to 6 days wait for something small.. and the MANAGEMENT OFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!

Nasty mice rat infested apartments dirty and filthy. Rent is too high and they never want too fix anything....

I grew up going to Linden Plaza in the 70's and 80's my dad was the shop steward until the day he died. And my uncle retired form there. I recently went back just to see the place and it isn't the same. Back in the day that was a beautiful and safe place, the workers did they job. That was our safe place with our dad. I can remember all the workers names they was like our family. My god father lived in building 5 with his wife and son. Love just pure love. I remember staying with my sister and her mom in building 3 all day til my day got off work. So sad to see the bad reviews just sad.

I would never recommend anyone to put in an application for Linden Plaza. The complex was a beautiful place back in the 70's & 80's. It is still beautiful to the naked eye. However look closely and you will see garbage in the back of the bldg on Eldert Ln side. They need to knock down the so called grass box as soon as come out the back door, so the tenants can have a place to put there garbage like bldg 3 & 4 side. Rodents an water bugs are in the hallways very often. This is because they don't take care of the property properly and exterminate often. Mgmt no longer screen the people so there are all kinds in living here now. People throw their garbage and dirty pampers off the terrace and out the windows. People sit garbage outside of their apartment doors as if they're in there own private house. There are not suppose to be dogs in the apts and people have pits bulls off leash. In any bldg complex no dog over 25 lbs and mgmt does not comply and fine the tenants, You see people hanging their laundry on the terrace rail like they're in the projects or own backyard, not to mention the plastic bags hanging from terrace to keep pigeons off. Mgmt should have the tenants handling that problem another way. Drug dealings going on in some apts. Complex falling apart and they just put a bandaid on the situation and not fix it properly. Maintenance have do their jobs, security is a joke, don't know why they have security. Mgmt has let Linden Plaza go to the dogs! Literally!
