Unit 3H Pros: very big apartment. Responsive super Cons: Mice and bugs in the building. Not very clean. Advice to landlord: Please be more responsive.

Pros: No terrible landlord paint jobs. Management was pretty responsive with our issues. Cons: Bed bugs immediately after moving in. The bed bug guy told us he comes to the building every other week. Garbage collection area is too small and people leave their trash in the lobby as a result. Packages constantly stolen Advice to landlord: Better maintenance please
