Pros: Right by the train and private backyard Cons: Mice, rats, roaches, sewage in basement, water leaks, horrible landlord, shall I go on? Advice to landlord: Stop taking money for absurd reasons. $600 to paint an apartment when that is the LANDLORDS responsibility?! Please, learn from us and do not work with this company
