Unit 4AK Pros: Amenities are great. Neighbors and receptionists are friendly and helpful. Cons: The entire HVAC system can only be set to heating or cooling for the entire building. Some days in the winter it gets incredibly hot inside the building and there is no way to change this with the thermostat. Strange for such a new building. I’d advise buying a fan for the winter. There’s also only 2 elevators, which can be inconvenient considering the amount of tenants. When one elevator is broken or reserved, it can take 10+ minutes for the other one to arrive. Advice to landlord: Fix the AC.
