I've lived here for over 2 years (and just renewed for a 3rd year) and I love living at the hub. Club 333 (gym, pool, activities) is a highlight of living here. The gym has great equipment and group classes and the activities (organized by John V) are so much fun. I especially love the monthly cocktail classes and holiday celebrations and hope they can host more events in the future!

I looked at several similar buildings in the neighborhood, and HUB stood out from the rest for their amenities. Since moving in June 2023 to a unit on the 26th floor, I've realized the full worth of their amenities membership which they call Club 333 - weekly workout classes, monthly events like movie nights, cocktail making (the BEST), birthday cupcakes, book club, catered gatherings for public holidays, etc. All of this in addition to a wonderful gym, co-working lounge, as well as year-round pool and outdoor deck. It's been great living here.

We have been living in Hub since July 2022 and our experience has been great so far. The amenities are amazing, rooftop views are breathtaking, the staff is super nice. We are close to everything - Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Macy's, many other stores and cafes are steps away. One stop to Manhattan, JFK and so easy to get to everything. Jon Epstein from Hub helped us with finding the best apartment in the building and remained incredibly client-oriented when we moved in.

Current renter in the building and just hit our 6 month mark at Hub BK and love it! Great building with a great staff in place. We toured 8-10 other properties in Downtown BK and this was the absolute best. Alex Blake from the leasing team provided exceptionally good customer service and answered all questions in a timely manner (and I had many of them). He even followed up post move in to ensure that we were happy with our new living arrangement. Overall, great experience since we moved in and will continue to renew here in the years to come.

Place is great and amenities are nice, but I constantly hear rodent sound from the wall. I keep waking up in the middle of the night because of the sound. I also recently found several cockroaches in my room, even after the exterminators have visited in the past. The hallway is nowhere near smoke-free as I constantly smell someone smoking. I had to constantly fight over this situation since I moved in and the maintenance team hasn’t done a thing. This apartment acts luxurious, but is actually very unsanitary and very careless with its maintenance.

This place has a fantastic management team. They are super professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to get ahold of and had great follow up. The layouts are really nice and the amenities are even better. You can tell they truly care about their tenants and want to make this place feel like home. I give Hub 5 stars all around for being a large part of my amazing experience living here.

My wife and I have recently renewed for the 3rd year at the Hub and it has been a phenomenal experience! Every year, nearer the end of our lease, we try to do our due diligence to see if there are any other apartments worth considering, and yet time after time, the Hub is always the obvious choice, with the vast number of amenities, monthly activities, and always going above and beyond for their residents. The staff is very friendly and any minimal fixes we have ever needed in the apartment are always tackled within a day's notice. Furthermore, Ronald has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the years and is always able to answer our questions. We highly recommend the Hub!

After checking out a bunch of places and I checked out a bunch of spots and already started the application on an apartment when I stopped by HUB to just check it off my list. I had no intention of getting a place here. But then Leonard McGill showed me around and I was so impressed. The building is fantastic and I found an apartment here that I really love. It's such a great place to live! Great amenities and the staff is incredible.

I'm a new resident at the HUB & things are off to a great start. The building is well kept, the surrounding area has a lot to offer & it's well connected to other parts of the city. Ronald showed me the unit then continued to be very helpful throughout & after the move in process. Highly recommend.
