Pros: Other tenants are super friendly and supportive. Cons: Landlord sucks! He never fixes anything- if he does it’s hard fast and needs to be fixed within two weeks after he attempts. He doesn’t care about you or your family- he doesn’t care about garbage or shoveling in the winter. Advice to landlord: Sell your property to someone who will actually care for the building and the common good of tenants.
