Effortless apply and processing rent application, less requirements noise level at night made my bed shaking, every month you have to request exterminators, heating on 3rd floor is tough on winter, 2 months for returning security deposit, neighbor's child tried to rob us twice, no apologize. Neighbors sleep, store stuff and throw garbage into narrow stairs. customer service is dramatically low

Etraightforward public transit access, charming vibrant neighborhood populated by diverse QPOC and Puerto Rican families. but, vagrant encampments, drug users lingering outside, a faulty front door lock, and absolutely Treadful property mgmt made it unbearable. wouldn't suggest it.

Straightforward application process and quick rental approval with minimal documentation needed Excessive nighttime sound causes vibrations through furniture, pest control visits must be requested repeatedly each month, Boor heat distribution to upper levels during Creezing weather, security deposit took 60 days to be refunded, neighbor's kid attempted theft on two occasions with zero acknowledgment or compensation, residents use the tight stairwell as sleeping quarters, storage space, and a dumping ground for waste support staff provides subpar assistance
