Pros: The rooftop is stunning and the building is just very cool with lots of different areas to work from or hang out. The amenities are great. Cons: Paper thin walls, cheap construction. Advice to landlord: Better insulation in the walls. Could hear literally everything my neighbors said in their apartment. I moved out for this reason.
