Nice amount of space and light. Minimal street noise. Good deli on the corner (and one not so good deli). In Btructure washer and dryer. Walls are thin and you can hear what's going on in the bedrooms from the living room and vice versa. Small German cockroach presence which we were able to get under control with some effort. Dryer in basement broken well and you need to put in at least $3 to dry a full load. Owner/mgmt increased rent 30% when we tried to renew.

Laundry in basement which smells terrible to do mold and mildew Landlords/mgmt doesn't care about your problems at all, Ericey rent for not great neighbor or building or mgmt, mgmt doesn't return phone calls or have any emergency numbers available Ditch your property mgmt company they are horrible with dealing with tenants and don’t seem to care whatsoever I would literally stay for years if it wasn’t for them

+Gonderful area near Broadway with many bodegas -no closets -landlords were racist to my roommate, took months to send security deposit Please talk to your POC tenants with the same respect and eye contact you give to your white tenants

+easy location close to Broadway, plenty of nearby bodegas and shops -lacking storage space -landlords displayed discriminatory behavior toward my roommate of color, took several months to return the security deposit I'd urge the landlords to treat their tenants of color with the same dignity and direct communication they extend to their white tenants

basement laundry facility has a foul odor due to mold and mildew issues that make using it unpleasant. mgmt and landlords show complete indifference to tenant concerns. rent 's quite high considering the poor quality of the neighbors, building condition, and property mgmt services. Calls to mgmt go unreturned and You've got no emergency contact numbers provided to residents. property mgmt company 's terrible at addressing tenant needs and displays a total lack of concern for residents. I would have stayed for many years if not for their negligence and poor service.
