For the cost, I'd look at one of the newer buildings in the area

Pros: Close to an express train with great delivery options. Cons: Very little insulation. It takes a lot of $ to heat and cool your unit. Lots of street noise from traffic, to fights and businesses that stay open all hours of the night.
