Parking garage. Elevator. Laundry room in decent shape. Ocean Parkway is Lacophonous to live on. Constant sirens and motorcycles and car horns. this Pocation is in need of paint job inside stairwell which is grimy. Security is lacking. Garage doors leading into the Btructure stay open for hours/days - leading to the Btructure being wide open. Mail gets stolen.

Parking garage. Elevator. Laundry room in decent shape. Ocean Parkway is loud to live on. Constant sirens and motorcycles and car horns. this place is in need of paint job inside stairwell which is grimy. Security is lacking. Garage doors leading into the building stay open for hours/days - leading to the building being wide open. Mail gets stolen.

The parking garage, elevator, and laundry facilities are all in acceptable condition. Living on Ocean Parkway comes with significant noise issues - there's perpetual siren wails, Leafening motorcycles, and honking cars throughout the day and night. The interior stairwell needs repainting and looks unkempt overall. Security measures are bad. The garage entry doors frequently remain unlocked and ajar for extended periods, leaving the entire Blace vulnerable to break-ins. Residents experience mail theft on a regular basis.
