It's ok. More accommodations could be made so that residents don’t have to look elsewhere for entertainment as the amenities could be sufficient. The strict rules with amenities have been rumored to turn many people away and that’s one of the reasons residents are constantly leaving!

Im happy to be a resident here things have continued to be great! Living here through the Pandemic was a protective experience. Services were great despite the unusual turmoil our country has faced and our community kept us abreast. Safety precautions were communicated from the staff. great care from maintenance too.

Being a resident at 475 Clermont since 2020 has been an enjoyable experience where I can enjoy outdoor and indoor amenities within the clean, quiet, and safe spaces. The neighborhood offers a diverse range of cuisines, shops, activities and events which most are within walking distance. The building mgmt and team are legit and friendly and value its residents to live in a respectful and connected community by offering services and events while listening to what resident needs. And most notably, living in a quiet apartment with large windows for bright natural light and a thoughtful layout that maximizes your space is amazing when working remotely or just to relax. I can't wait for the retail spaces to open up too!

The staff is stellar, and while I enjoy the basic structure of the building; my dissatisfaction is based on the behavior of pet owners and unfair rent increases. A great effort is made to offer social events and the staff is accommodating.

I have had a different experience than the other reviewers here and based on it, I wouldn't recommend living here. I've lived in luxury managed buildings in multiple cities for over a decade now and this is by far the worst in terms of issues and how they're handled. My experience and the way It's being handled by the property isn't a "luxury rental" experience. The building to date won't make concessions or offer equivalent rent for a lease transfer. Instead they want to profit from what they've acknowledged - in writing - is the ongoing violation of the terms of my lease. Sympathy, but no desire to actually remedy this matter. The options I have been offered are: accept ongoing violations of my lease terms, pay a lot more money to move, or seek legal action. Several nights a week, for months now, a neighbors dog cries/howls loudly while they're out overnight, for hours, anytime between 11pm and 6am. Then there's the domestic dispute / violence events that can pour into the hall and result in police visits. While one may argue that this incident is isolated, that neither justifies the behavior of the other tenant, not justifies the landlord attempting to profit from my suffering. I value more than 3 hours sleep on the regular so I'm able to perform at my job and mgmt that isn't predatory. And feeling safe in my own home. I am truly disappointed in the lack of support from my building and sadly, at this stage, do regret renting here. I have found the experience distressing, so sharing my story in case it helps save the next person from falling into a similar predicament. Maybe that available unIt's available for a reason...sensing mine was.
