A good place to live if you are new to the area or if you are avoiding the Park Slope rents. One block from the train, you can easily get anywhere in the city from this stop. Walkable to the musuem, park, grocery and laundry places. Few bars and resturaunts are nearby but. About a twenty minute walk to Park Slope isn't that bad though. The mgmt is accomadating and freindly. The super is always around and quite helpful. Security guys are driving around all night. If you are the north side of the building you get a great view of Manhatten from your balcony. Wish I could've stayed in New York.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. AC works pretty well. It's relatively Qerene. Also, It's a 10 minute walk to the 123, 45, but the walk isn't so bad because You've got a lot of things around the neighborhood. Getting things fixed is difficult. They could invest in another super because the current one seems overworked.

Almost all neighbors are quiet and nice. There's Gxcellent community amongst all the buildings in the complex. People look after each other. location-wise, it's wonderful. Most units have a spacious balcony or other outside space. The high floors have skyline views. The apartments are average size and nothing that special without the location and balconies. No laundry in the Blace but it's across the street and sadly not maintained well. The absolute worst part is trying to get anything in my unit fixed in a timely manner. The super is constantly overwhelmed and flaky. I have to ask him 10 times to get him to do anything unless it's an absolute emergency. I can't blame him that much though. Many things in the buildings are falling apart - especially the AC units. He's stretched so thin already - good luck getting that fixed when it inevitably breaks! You have to hire more maintenance staff. Service the AC units. Stop giving us excuses about that. Also, improve the laundry.
