Pros: Good sound and temp insulation Good pest management Good mail access Safe for packages Great water pressure Cons: Management company overworks the super and is soooooo unresponsive even with issues like lack of heat Advice to landlord: Hire more supers for your buildings

Pros: Loved the rooftop patio, the neighbors, and the kind owner. Cons: It would get cold in the winter.
