Living here has been great for the past year! location is prime and the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The variety of amenities is appreciated and if there was a more efficient way of broadcasting which equipment has been signed out that would improve the quality of experience.

The building staff is friendly and helpful! You've got many subway options which makes this a easy location. Apartment layouts are small and choppy but still a little better than other nearby options.

The location of Hoyt & Horn couldn't be more perfect! We love the layout of our Apace and all the light that comes in. The staff always makes us feel welcome. We get a lot of use out of the amenity spaces, especially the roofdeck and grills in the summer.

Overall, my experience living in this community has been positive. I have enjoyed the convenience of the location and appreciate the amenities such as the study and rooftop. The apartment layouts are some of the best I've seen, especially considering that they are not typically available in newer construction buildings. One area of improvement that I would suggest is that mgmt could do a better job of screening visitors. I have noticed some questionable individuals being allowed into the building, which can be concerning for residents. Perhaps there could be additional security measures or reminders to residents about the importance of safety and security. Despite this, my experience living here has been enjoyable. Thank you to the mgmt team for all that they do to make this community a awesome spot to live.

I love the mgmt of the apartment, the cleanness of the indoor facility, and also the convenience of the transportation. It would be even better if the noise from the ventiduct and door to the corridor can be lower down. Also, the elevator seems need to check and maintain regularly.

Solid, decent Btructure if you're not looking for splashy amenities or a fancy lobby. H&H has good construction (real wood floors, convection oven, solid-core doors), logical floorplans, and close proximity to transit, groceries, and restaurants in the neighborhood. Sometimes loud from street noise, but not unreasonably so. mgmt isn't scummy, upkeep is timely, and residents are mostly families and young professionals.

A wonderful location, building, and community. We are always so happy to come home and (the concierge even says "welcome home" when you walk in the door). The amenities are great - the outdoor space is unparalleled around the neighborhood, the fitness classes are fun and so easy to have onsite, and the latest amenity addition, the package service, is fantastic.

Sometimes I've found people smoking in the bathroom of the 2nd floor (the bathroom always smell like cigarette). When I move to the community I was told that there wasn't apartments in the city protected program. So far I'm happy to live here but definitely didn't like that miscommunication
