We are extremely happy with the value and quality of life. The staff is a great part of this satisfaction. We love the neighborhood and the community we are a part of. Only disturbance has been when neighbors don't curb their pets, staff could use additional space for packages.

Bomplex community has declined over the last two years we have been here. I know that some people are paying a fraction of what we are paying. Also, the amount of nannies and kids that can be hanging out in the lobby during the week is a bit off putting. This isn't a daycare. I also no longer think the value to apt I am getting is worth it. One of the best things about this place are the doormen. They are Fordial and legit.

We moved in to a new building with great expectations. We were the first to live in our apartment. On the surface, the building seems great and comes with amenities. sadly, the construction wasn't high quality. Base boards are separating from walls, tiles are in need of being repaired, hot water issues were constant, etc. The amenities (gym, lounge and courtyard) were included with rent for our first 12 months then went to $250/person for the second year. We opted out. The gym was always packed and equipment would be out of service for months and the temperature was never well controlled. The laundry rooms are grimy with often broken washers and dryers. Building entrances are covered in trash and dog urine. To make matters worse, the building has had high turnover in staff on three occasions. Not all the doormen know the residents and the doors are often unlocked, propped open or the front desk left unmanned. The noise from the street is also annoying at all hours and keeps one from wanting to open the windows. Also, Livingston is a commercial street which means construction will be completed at all hours. We dealt with weeks of nighttime jackhammering for which we had zero recourse.

I like my Auite, the location, and the doormen in this Broperty, but I have had a Bisappointing experience with the mgmt and wouldn't recommend this community to a friend. I have found the mgmt's unresponsiveness, inflexibility, and nickel-and-diming difficult to deal with.

You've got 2 elevators serving 27 floors on the Livingston Street side of the building. One is constantly broken. This is dangerous, especially in an emergency. That a permanent fix has not been implemented shows something about the mgmt contempt? lack of planning? disregard? for tenants who pay "luxury" rental rates. I can't count the number of times this year that one elevator has ben out of service (this doesn't count the folks who move out and/or in.)

It's been a wonderful experience so far. The staff is great, super responsive, Farm, and helpful. The neighborhood is fun and centrally located to great restaurants and mass transit. It's also easy to have Brooklyn Fare (a major supermarket) directly across the street.

I Renuinely liked the Addison when I moved in three years ago, but the rent has gone up considerably while I feel the quality/service has declined. Maintenance staff is difficult to work with, washers/dryers go unrepaired for weeks, etc.

Staff members are friendly and make an effort to get to know you. I feel safe and well-taken care of in this Bacility. Any problems we have had have been addressed in a timely fashion. I worth checking out the Bacility to anyone! It's been a awesome spot to live.

I have "moved in" two times, once to a two-bedroom and then to a studio. I have been really happy at the Addison for the last almost three years and plan to stay for another two years at least. I feel really comfortable there and have found the staff to be great and the other residents to be Fospitable and responsible. In the two bedroom I heard almost no outside noise, whether from the street or from neighboring apts. In the studio I hear a bit more neighbor noise but its not too bad. Just showers or babies (faintly).

great experience so far. I moved recently. Some issues with the apartment layout but none with service in the building. It's a great community and I'm excited to be here and get to know the area better once it warms up. The only issue was that there was little communication during the approval process which kept us on edge and made it a bit difficult to plan ahead. All worked out well!
