Unit 3 Pros: Why did I review this with a positive attitude the first time? When we moved out and every piece of furniture was removed I still saw like, 40 roaches. This place is disgusting and the landlords (do they even exist if you never see them?) did absolutely nothing about it. Oh wait, this is the positives section. Neighbors are chill, good community. That's nothing to do with the space though. Cons: The landlords are beyond negligent--our window broke from its improper installation during the coldest week of 2022 and it took them three weeks to send someone to fix it. Pipes froze, so did the line of communication. Landlords did not tell us there was a monthly exterminator until a year into the lease when the place was crawling with bugs. I mean, you'd turn on the light and the kitchen would MOVE. I should have called 311 months before but I had given up hope at that point. Basement flooded, appliances broke with no help despite the fact that we were given QR code stickers for maintenance for some reason...hmm...The day we moved in we had no keys and were given no codes, our realtor jumped through the skylight to unlock the door from the inside. Ceiling flooded and stained during rainstorm, and I was told "it will dry." Cool. But honestly, I can't drive home how infested that place was due to every appliance and baseboard being installed cheaply and poorly. Wow, what a relief to be gone. How did I live like that? Advice to landlord: Please consider quitting your job.

Unit 3 Pros: Good neighbors, sensible layout, roof access, free laundry in building Cons: The landlord does not respond to work tickets and it takes forever for anything to get done. Their pest control is non-existent and we've had to manage our roach problem ourselves. It takes endless calls and complaints for basic stuff to get fixed. AVOID
