Unit 2 Pros: It's a cheap and roomy apartment. 6 bedrooms. Cons: The worst part is that it's near Nostrand ave, which can be very loud.

Unit 2B Pros: never see roaches or pests!! Super clean. In all nice units Cons: Landlord painted over mold one time when asked to fix… also he is not very responsive Advice to landlord: Fix mold issues please

Unit 6 Pros: Clean, relatively spacious, proper utilities Cons: A few flies here and there (but no bed bugs or anything like that. Just common houseflies). Advice to landlord: Nothing really, the flies are mainly 'cause other tenants leave the windows open in the kitchen.
