Unit 3R Pros: Ive lived here for two years with my roommate and have enjoyed it. Great neighbors, has everything I was looking for - washer/dryer in unit, A/C and dishwasher. Access to rooftop with tables and chairs. 1 minute walk to train. Quiet area Cons: No complaints other than water getting too hot at times and sink clogging
