Pros: The neighbors are generally nice and suffering under the same landlord. Cons: They will not give you back your security deposit. They will threaten you and accuse you of made up infractions until you relent. The building itself is infested with cockroaches and mold. The train runs right next door and is very loud. Advice to landlord: Stop being such scumbags

Pros: “Modern” looking apartments Cons: Terrible management—hard to get in touch with, once you get in touch they will gaslight you and refuse to fix issues. Entire building is riddled with mold, even the pipes. DO NOT MOVE HERE. One of my former neighbors got cancer after living in this building for an extended period of time and suspects it was due to the mold exposure. The mold exposure gave me chronic skin issues. Would not suggest living in any of CW Realty Group’s buildings, they are scum lords who are actively choosing to put their tenants’ health in danger for profit. Advice to landlord: Bulldoze this building. Stop being pieces of shit.

Pros: Close to the A/C Cons: Building has a HUGE noise issue that has been going on for months. Every night there is pounding on the wall for hours at a time. Management has been notified but no action has been taken. It makes it nearly impossible to sleep. Advice to landlord: Get to the bottom of the noise problem

Unit 2F Pros: New building (when I moved in), spacious, near the subway, laundry in the building, rooftop elevator access, car parking Cons: Management is unresponsive and will avoid responsibility at every turn, regular package theft, maintenance waits until the 11th hour to do anything (there was a horrific black mold infestation that management ignored for months), neighbors left trash and pet feces in the parking lot, front of the building and roof, management will occasionally leave piles of trash in the parking lot which attracts rats Advice to landlord: Take better care of the property and be more attentive to your tenants. The degradation of this building was sad to see.
