Nice apartments terrible management company

Pros: Nautical light The super is responsive Spacious one bedroom Close to the subway & parks Cons: Denali management is very non responsive and there is no way of contacting them. Loud neighborhood Packages get stolen often Advice to landlord: Add an email request system & phone number, increase security in the building aka camera buzz system

Do not live in this building it is an absolute hell hole. I get packages stolen ALL the time, and not to mention management does not even do anything about it or respond to any of your emails. Denali management is the worst landlord/management company in all of new york city. I've never once heard back from my building owner unless it was about paying rent. The only way I got service requests done was by reporting them to the city. Denali recently became the owner of our building in December and I've had to report them to the city multiple times. Save yourself the drama and do not live here.

Good location in BK

Pros: Beautiful view if you live in one of the top floors. Cons: Package theft is common. Roaches were also an issue, but I would expect that with any building that old. I had a major leak in the ceiling and the landlord ignored me until I called 311 and filed a complaint, then he became very responsive.
