Pros: Rooms are a great size, all can fit a full bed or queen with space for a dresser/sometimes other furniture. Cant hear my adjoining room neighbor at all. Cons: Pests have been a yearly issue.

Unit 2A Pros: The apartments are spacious. Cons: The renovations were done haphazardly. The contracted pretty much evaded all responsibility during the renovation, the materials used are cheap and everything falls apart.

Pros: The location the spacious apartments. Cons: The management will not address any issues. They left tenants without hot water for months this year. Nothing gets fixed here if you file a complaint. There have been numerous leaks with no fixes.
