Pros: Close to transit. Cons: Terrible living conditions! Front door lock is almost always broken or duct taped to stay open. There is trash littering the interior courtyard, which attracts all types of pests. My unit did not have a gas meter (due to an error on management's part) and I have now not been able to set up gas service for SIX MONTHS due to delays/incomtence by management. Advice to landlord: Do your job.

Pros: Great location Our unit is renovated so nice amenities like washer/dryer/dishwasher but the management does not maintain them Cons: Washer/dryer are not serviced Dirty stairwell TONs of pigeons & rats outside Like… a lot of rats Horrible management (so bad the city sent our representative to check in on us to escalate issues) Dismissive super Cockroaches & mice sometimes even though we are clean Advice to landlord: Horrible management, cannot reach you. Super can’t help us because you do not provide funds or resources & are unresponsive. City council is involved since you are so horrible.

Unit 24 Pros: I have an updated unit, so I don’t have any complaints about my apartment: - Good water pressure - Can be Hell hot in the winter - Super up until now has been pretty good and keeps people who don’t live in the building and cause trouble out. - Fios or Spectrum internet option Cons: - Getting a new super that is wildly underpaid, so I don’t expect the cleanliness to be upheld. - The heat/hot water goes out a few times every winter. - Occasional pest sighting - MGMT is quite literally impossible to grt in contact with - they are in the top 10 worst landlords in the city list (literally) - Neighboring building has a bunch of drug addicts with a friend in this one and can make a lot of noise. - Packages get stolen somewhat regularly Advice to landlord: Answer your phone and keep your buildings clean.

Unit 33 Pros: inexpensive, rent stabilized, gut reno'd, good location Cons: The super deals heroin. There are broken crack pipes in the stairwell. You can smell cigarette smoke coming in from other units, and everytime it rains there is a huge pool of water on the roof that never seems to fully go away. Advice to landlord: fix the place up instead of slap/dash fixes

Pros: Large apartments, excellent water pressure, built 1916 or earlier & was once a beautiful building, wide staircase, great convenient location close to multiple train lines. Cons: Shoddy poorly done quick fix repairs done by unskilled workers, grimy rarely cleaned hallways/stairs unswept for weeks, massive long-term heroin dealer/user issues outside & inside building, abandoned building w/ homeless encampment nextdoor, constant clogged drain on roof creates lake of rain water, super never wore mask through entire pandemic including while inside tenants apartments Advice to landlord: At the very least make someone sweep/clean hallways & stairs on regular basis.

Pros: Heat, price, windows Cons: Everything, building is 60 years old, absent landlord, takes forever for things to be fixed and they break a lot Advice to landlord: Just awful and spend money
