Unit 19A Pros: - Perfect spot in Greenpoint and a good walk to the G - INCREDIBLY nice front-desk staff - Have always responded to issues instantaneously/same day - Community is kind - Gym has a bit of everything and is never packed Cons: - Management never gets back to you - especially regarding your lease - My electric bill has ended up wonky a few times. - The studios in both Blue Slip buildings are SMALL Advice to landlord: Double down on the staff's strengths and think about lowering rent on studios.

Pros: Nice Door People, good views, fast and quick responses to maintenance requests, safe quiet area Cons: On the high end of prices and not responsive when negotiating price increases. Also very strict about having guests in the building

Pros: Very clean. Front desk (Gerard and Miguel) are amazing. Cons: Far removed. Rent increases are out of control every year.

Pros: i love living here! i just can't afford it for another year :) - all staff here are amazing (doormen, porters, cleaning crew, maintenance, etc.) - great views - awesome amenities (but for a price!) - never hear my neighbors in my apt due to structure of building/layout - maintenance fixes requests instantly - clean building - well maintained building Cons: #1: overpriced. I have a good deal on my apt and it's still 3800 for a 550 sq ft 1 BR (not including utilities or amenities) - constant construction noise (but it's doable with windows closed) - i recently found out we live next to a superfund site that's being dug up soon? - management doesn't care to keep current tenants so they just keep having new tenants come and go - far from public transpo and the G is unreliable - can't open windows even on the 14th floor because there are crazy gnats/mosquitos in the area that bite me in my sleep and leave crazy welts

Pros: wonderful staff - concierge and porters. maintenance staff is excellent. great views from units. Cons: HUGE problem with water. Hot water constantly going out. Cannot seem to fix this problem over several months. management is unresponsive in general and even with constant water outages. As a result of all the outages, water is frequently BROWN.

Unit 12B Pros: Neighborhood is great. Building is news. Amenities are great. Walls are very sound proof Cons: Management is not responsive. They take forever to take care of the problems and they are always understaffed. Neighbors smoke and they are not able to find the culprit, it’s really annoying

Pros: Nice amenity space. Building staff (front desk and maintenance) are wonderful. The views are beautiful. Cons: Blue Slip Management is awful - unresponsive, unhelpful and frankly aloof (not the day to day building staff - they're great). The construction in all surrounding buildings/directions etc is HORRENDOUS - it doesn't stop. When one building is completed, another goes up. And they're all a part of Blue Slip Management it's ridiculous and unnecessary. The rent spikes are upwards of $1200 for a ONE bedroom- utterly absurd prices for small spaces and very limited closet space. The building used to have transportation to the subway but got rid of it. The building is too far from subways to not have a dedicated shuttle for residents, at the very least, during rush hour. Advice to landlord: Need to do better.

Pros: Building is impeccable, everyone on staff is helpful, supportive and nice. Apartments are nice, overall lovely place to live. Cons: Small apartments, drains could work better. Very shallow bathroom sinks.

Pros: Doorman and maintenance staff is all amazing Cons: It’s expensive and hope it drops significantly for 2021 renewal given the plethora of buildings about to be completed and amount of vacancies. They some times nickle and dime you for use of amenities but haven’t lately. Advice to landlord: Make use of gym and immunities included.
