Unit 10C Pros: Close to the J /L/G trains Cons: Crackheads sleeping on the stairwell Amazon package theft Homeless people trespassing Rats/ Roaches Very noisy Dirty Stolen food (UberEats /Seamless) Advice to landlord: Take control of your building!!!

Unit 2 Pros: Cheap, laundry, dishwasher Cons: Only live here if you are going to be homeless otherwise. It is extremely dangerous and loud there are crackheads everywhere. Advice to landlord: It is not safe

Pros: Location is good Cons: Constant trespassing, smoke/drugs in building, unclean, terrible management who doesn't respond to anything

Unit 2 Pros: Amenities were ok Cons: Drug users inside and outside, roaches, rats, TERRIBLE management, unbearable noise

Unit 12 Pros: Unit itself was fine Cons: Everything else - including pests, loud noises, not feeling safe at night

Pros: Close to transit, near restaurants and shops, no pests or heat problems. Cons: Front door was not secure causing house less people/friends of tenants spending nights in the stairwell, hallways not cleaned enough, ambiguous management. Advice to landlord: Secure the front door locking system.

Pros: Location Price New super was pretty responsive when our drain was clogged Cons: Can’t order packages because they will be stolen Constant drug activities in the building and on the street and people sleeping in the stairwells Front door constantly left open During the winter would constantly wake up to fights and yelling in the halls

Pros: Cheap stabilized rent Nice neighbors who have lived in the building for a long time and are willing to help Cons: - Homeless people squat on the roof and stairwells - Super is unresponsive and doesn't fix anything (left another building super to fix after ignoring us) - Lots of flies, roaches, and mice/rat problems - Lack of hot water at times - Packages get stolen - Lots of drug activity in the front of the building - Building door is always broken - Management does not respond unless it's a rent issue or you threaten legal action - No phone line to management - Property owners do not care about tenants safety (building door was broken for more than 3 months) - Piles of trash in front of the building (has been slightly better due to community effort) - Illegal activity in the building that management doesn't care about Advice to landlord: Get rid of the current super, he doesn't care to fix anything. Check your voice mail inbox since it is either full or unavailable.

Unit 18 Pros: Rent stabilized Somewhat updated Cons: Unit is comically small Management does not care about any safety concerns - some neighbors give constant open access to people that do not live in the building Often people smoking, doing other things, staying overnight in the stairwell Some roach problems No trash management Super did not fix lack of heat in the living room for 3+ months
