Pros: Good apartments, nice yard and space Cons: management was slow and did not fix problems as they arose

Pros: The building is great, the management company is really responsive and helped us out with anything we needed. The location is really good (right by a Walgreens, the Brooklyn Harvest supermarket, and a bunch of places on Grand.) Easy commute to the city too. I only moved out because my roommates had to move out and I found a place with a friend. Really regret it though!! I should’ve kept this gem. Cons: None, really. I remember the garbage door not working very well sometimes. Advice to landlord: Nothing. I was very happy there.
