Pros: Currently, the neighbors are wonderful people, but that’s one of the only things this building has going for it. It’s a great neighborhood. Cons: OUT OF CONTROL trash situation. Rats are everywhere. The landlord does not give a shit about people and will do whatever is cheapest and most convenient for him. Work isn’t don’t properly as a result and the building is poorly maintained. Worse, he resorted to intimidation and harassment when I wasn’t able to provide 70 days notice of my intent to renew. Advice to landlord: Clean up the trash.
