Unit 8 Pros: Great Neighborhood - quiet Small number of units Retains heat well Landlord replies quickly and issues resolved just as quickly Cons: Not huge cons below, but something to consider Older appliances Thin floors/ceiling so can hear neighbors Advice to landlord: Would recommend - reasonable rent, great neighborhood
