Pros: Location is good. Cons: The entire building and grounds are in desperate need of major renovations. Advice to landlord: None. Their actions of Neglect are deliberate and intentional.

Pros: Nothing at this time Cons: We have a pest control problem, and exterminators come on a weekday morning once a month, when everybody’s at work Advice to landlord: Have some respect, and consideration for your tenants who all work like dogs to pay you your rent. All you do is collect the rent, but give paltry service in return.
